NOTICE OF PRIVACY MR.PRESTA, S.A. DE C.V., S.O.F.O.M., E.N.R.

In accordance with the provisions of articles 1 to 3, 8, 9, 12, from 14 to 18, 23, 33, from 35 to 37 and other applicable relative ones of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter the "Law") and by articles 1, 2, 19, from 24 to 27, 94, 96 and other applicable relative ones of the Regulation of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (as hereinafter the "Regulation") this Privacy Notice (hereinafter the "Notice") is issued in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

A. RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA.

MR. Presta, S.A. DE CV, SOFOM, ENR, whose commercial name is MR Presta (hereinafter the “Company”) is responsible for the processing of your personal data, which has its address at Torres IOS Campestre, Ave. Ricardo Margain 575, Parque Corporativo Santa Engracia, San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, México (hereinafter the "Company Address"), whose email address is info@mrpresta.com (hereinafter the "Company Mail") and its telephone number is +52 (81) 8000 7946 (hereinafter the "Company Telephone"). In addition, the data of the person in charge (hereinafter the "Person in Charge") of the Department of Personal Data of the Company are the following: (i) Carlos Rosso; and (ii) the Person in Charge can be reached at the Company's Domicile, at the Company's Mail and on the Company's Telephone.

B. PURPOSE WITH WHICH YOUR PERSONAL DATA WILL BE COLLECTED AND USED.

Your personal data will be collected and used for the following purposes:
to. Certify the personality of the persons or companies that request a loan from the Company.
b. Verify the credit history of people who apply for credit.

C. PERSONAL DATA THAT WE OBTAIN FROM YOU AND THROUGH WHAT MEANS WE OBTAIN IT.

For the purposes indicated in the Notice, we may collect your personal data in different ways, when (i) you provide them directly to us; (ii) you visit our website or use our online services; (iii) we obtain information through other sources that are permitted by Law; and (iv) we collect and obtain information through the approval and authorization of the Client to third parties who own databases to provide their information or contact details.

D. PERSONAL DATA THAT WE OBTAIN FROM YOU THROUGH OUR WEBSITE.

We inform you that on our website, www.mrpresta.comWe use our registration system to obtain your Mercadolibre user number and password and therefore the operational information of your Mercadolibre account. We also reserve the right to use electronic tools such as cookies and web beacons to obtain information from you considered as personal data, including, but not limited to, (i) your type of browser and operating system; (ii) the Internet pages you visit; (iii) the links you follow; (iv) your IP address; and (v) the website you visited before entering ours. Cookies, web beacons or other technologies of this type can be disabled. To find out how to do this, please consult our website for more information.

E. CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA.

In accordance with the provisions of article 8 of the Law, the Company is aware that you have given your tacit consent to the processing of your personal data as a result of the Company making the Notice available to you. The foregoing, unless you notify otherwise to the Person in Charge of the Company's Personal Data Department at the (i) Domicile of the Company; (ii) Company Mail; or (iii) Company telephone number.

F. LIMITATION OF THE USE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA.

You can stop receiving information of any nature from the Company through emails or telephone calls by giving a notification to the Manager of the Company's Personal Data Department at the (i) Company address; or (ii) Company Mail; or (iii) Company telephone number.

The Company in this act expresses its consent and indicates that all information and data about you that are known to the Company will be solely and exclusively for purposes derived from the Contract, for which the Company acknowledges that no data or information of yours will be sold to third parties or parties that are not specifically linked to the relationship that exists between the Company and the Client, except in the event that such information is required by a governmental or regulatory authority.

G. EXERCISE OF YOUR RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION AND OPPOSITION.

You have the right to (i) access your personal data that we have and the details of their treatment; (ii) rectify your personal data if it is inaccurate or incomplete; (iii) cancel your personal data when you consider that they are not required for any of the purposes indicated in the Notice, are being used for non-consensual purposes or the contractual or service relationship has ended; or (iv) oppose the processing of your personal data for specific purposes (hereinafter jointly, the "ARCO Rights").

The mechanisms that have been implemented for the exercise of ARCO Rights are through the presentation of the respective request (i) at the Company's Domicile; or (ii) through the Company Mail, in accordance with the following:

1. Your request must contain the following information: (i) the full name and address of the owner of the personal data, your email or other means to communicate the response to your request; (ii) the documents that prove the identity or, where appropriate, the legal representation of the owner; (iii) the clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which one seeks to exercise any of the ARCO Rights; and (iv) [insert any other element or document that facilitates the location of personal data].

2. Within a maximum period of 20 (twenty) business days we will respond to your request and inform you free of charge about the origin of the same, in the terms of article 35 of the Law, through a notification to the owner of the personal data to your (i) address; or (ii) email. If your request is appropriate, it must be made effective within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) business days from the date on which the response to it is communicated.

H. REVOCATION OF CONSENT FOR THE TREATMENT OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA.

At any time, you may revoke the consent you have given the Company for the processing of your personal data, so that we stop using them.

Your request must be submitted (i) at the Company address; or (ii) through the Company Mail.

Likewise, your request must be accompanied by the following information: (i) the full name and address of the owner of the personal data, your email or other means to communicate the response to your request; (ii) the documents that prove the identity or, where appropriate, the legal representation of the owner; (iii) the clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which it is sought to revoke the consent that has been granted to the Company for the treatment thereof; and (iv) [insert any other element or document that facilitates the location of personal data].

Within a maximum period of 20 (twenty) business days we will respond to your request and inform you free of charge about the origin of the same, in the terms of article 35 of the Law, through a notification to the owner of the personal data to your (i) domicile; or (ii) email. I. CHANGES TO THE NOTICE.

We reserve the right to make modifications or updates to the Notice at any time, in order to attend to legislative reforms, jurisprudential developments, internal policies or new requirements for the provision or offering of our services or products and market practices.

These modifications will be available to the public through the following means: (i) visible advertisements in our establishments or customer service centers; (ii) brochures or brochures available in our establishments or customer service centers; (iii) on our website, in the Privacy Notice section; or (iv) we will send them to you at the last email you have provided.

J. APPLICABLE LAW, JURISDICTION AND JURISDICTION.

The Notice is governed by the Law, Regulations and other applicable legal provisions in force in the United Mexican States. Acceptance of the Notice implies its express submission to the competent courts in the City of Monterrey, State of Nuevo León, Mexico, for any controversy or claim arising from the Notice.
